Più che a stomaco vuoto, senza stomaco. Sventrato. Liberato da un peso viscerale che blocca antichi dolori e nuovi slanci. Liberato dai crampi, da tempeste e tuoni. Felice di poter tornare a sorridere e giocare nella piccola valle dei ricordi buoni.
Not just an empty stomach: there is no stomach at all. Gutted. Freed from a visceral burden hampering old grieves and new impulses. Freed from cramps, from storms and thunder. Glad to be able to smile again and play in the tiny valley of happy memories.
